Watermelon Fresca Wax Melt Recipe

- Wax Melt Clamshell Molds – Pie Shaped
- Watermelon Fresca Fragrance Oil
- Hunter Green Liquid Dye
- Cinnamon Liquid Dye
- Black Liquid Dye
- Pouring Pot
- Thermometer
Directions:
Step 1: Weigh out and melt 16 oz of the Problend 550 Versatile Paraffin Wax to 180F-185F.
Step 2: Add 0.5 oz Watermelon Fresca Fragrance Oil. Stir.
Step 3: Separate the wax into different pots. One pot should have 9 oz of wax, one pot should have 6 oz of wax, and one pot should have 1 oz of wax.
Step 4: To the pot with 1 oz of wax, add a drop of black liquid dye. To the pot with 6 oz of wax, add a drop of hunter green liquid dye. To the pot with 9 oz of wax, add a drop of cinnamon liquid dye.
Step 5: First, add tiny dots of black wax to the bottom of each clamshell. Wax should harden almost immediately.
Step 6: Let pink wax cool to about 150F. Add equal amounts of pink wax into each clamshell. Allow to set.
Step 7: Reheat the green wax if needed. Pour an equal amount of green wax into each clamshell when it has cooled to about 150F. Allow to set.
Step 8: Allow to cure before using in a wax burner.
