How many ounces do these fit of wax?
Hi Caitlin, the capacity as listed in the product description is approximately 2.75 oz. of wax.
Filled to the top, how many ounces of wax will these hold? Also, will Avery 2 1/3 x 3 3/8 labels work on these? Thanks!
Hi There, Thank you for reaching out to us. The clamshells molds hold 2.75 ounces of wax in total. Unfortunately, we would not know for certain if the Avery labels would fit on our molds since we do not sell this specific product. However, our wax melt warning labels that we carry are "2.5" W * 1.5" H" if this helps for a frame of reference!
Hello What is the best Wax to use for Clamshell Molds?
Hi Hanee! We recommend using a pillar or tart wax for use in clamshell molds. We offer several different blends including ProBlend 450 paraffin wax, ProBlend 650 parasoy wax, and the GW 494 soy wax. Please let us know if you have any other questions, we are happy to help!
Are your clamshell molds recyclable?
Hi Jenny! Thank you for your question. Yes they are, some cities/towns have different rules for how they can be recycled curbside but they are recyclable. We hope this helps!
